Apologies if this question has already been asked, but what do you think will happen with this case? It all seems to have gone very quiet. Do you think it will be swept under the carpet?

Sir.prise....you're q tool

mikey4444
you read it wrong !
she spoke to him on the phone.NOT interviewed him before they recorded loose women

Have you posted this in the right place ? Who is "she" and "him"
She = Hunniford, him = Richard.
you sent this earlier mikky444
" Richard being interviewed by Gloria Hunniford !....I bet that was a tough encounter. Wasn't Paxo available then ? "
Ok...can see that now. But didn't she talk with/interview Richard over the phone or did she just listen ? When is a conversation not an interview, if its on the Telly ?

I would still like to see Paxo or Eddie Mair have a go. Being interviewed by Hunniford must be like being licked by a particularly hairy old Labrador.
you tell me whats you definition of an interview, she spoke to him that is all she stated
can see you've got in the cliff Richards by saying paxo should INTERVIEW him
It an impossibility that I would watch a program like this and equally that goes for ready the DM, so I will have to take your word for it. And I suppose we should take Hunnifords word for it as well, as the telephone conversation was reported her but not heard by us. Its an irrelevance anyway, as the Police investigation will go on what Hunniford, you, or me says.
your choice i dont watch but i read THE PRESS not the SUN either blol
It's time to sign on in the alter-ego, 'Kitty.'

When I was asked this question by a friend of mine, I gave the same answer as anneasquith, I don't know. This is why I asked on here as I knew there would be some very interesting answers.I have no idea if he is guilty or not, but I do think that the names of the accused should be kept secret until they are found guilty but this is unlikely to happen, especially when we have the police giving information to the BBC about their plans of action! As someone stated, once the accusations are made public then that person will probably always be associated with the accusation even if they are innocent. In a way I suppose I'm thinking about whether if you have enough money and know the right people........I really can't imagine what it must be like for those who are innocent, to have this hanging over their heads.
Keeping to the same theme, there was something on the news the other day about DLT's retrial and one woman had said that he touched her breast then which made her feel sick then she became depressed. Oh come on please! What's wrong with a slap and "dont do it again?" I'm not saying it wasn't wrong but talk about compensation on the horizon. By the way these comments came from my wife not me.
I'd be a millionaire if I was to mention all the pulled breasts, felt down below, pulled hair in Spain and etc etc.

Lots of people just want the compo.

I may be wrong here because I must admit I haven't followed the DLT case that closely but is he being accused of touching breasts and bottoms of women who were a similar age to himself? If that's true then I feel it's different to the cases involving underage children and rape. It doesn't mean it was ok for him to do it but that's the sort of thing some men did in days gone by and depending on the girl, they would either giggle or push someone away saying, 'Don't do that again' What we didn't do was report that to the police because it was so commonplace and the police would probably feel you were wasting their time.
