Just bought a new Sony smart tv and the instruction leaflet is pathetic. What I want to know is, can I watch catch up tv through my Wi Fi connection?

On my Sony you go to Settings/Network/Network Set-up and after clicking Wired or Wireless you put in your wifi details.

Probably. Bbc I player etc will be one of the apps. Go to the menus network setting

If the TV is THAT smart, you shouldn't need an instruction leaflet.

The only catchup available on a Sony directly connected to the internet is BBC iplayer and 5. Nothing for ITV OR 4OD
