I keep getting a pop up

A plugin (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding. It gives the option to Stop Plugin

If I press this option I get the message Shockwave has crashed reload it is slowing down my lap top and kicking me out what can I do

I get this a lot. In my case it's one of my Firefox add-ons that causes the problem. I've found that if you press the other button [to wait] it sometimes rights itself, or reload the page [press F5] and see if that helps.
