We're currently in the process of switching from talk talk to sky. We've found out that it will now take two weeks longer than expected to get the new internet up and running, and our internet from our current provider will be cut off tomorrow. Resulting in us having no internet for approx two weeks.

Is there a temporary wifi connection that can be purchased until the new one gets set up? Somebody mentioned something today but I think it's only for certain customers.

Looking for something that we can pay for by day or week, as long as it's not to expensive

Thanks

I have used this when travelling abroad (and it worked well) - I believe you can also use it in the UK ...

Can you pick up your neighbours wifi (if they have). You could ask them!

Or you could get mobile broadband from a mobile phone shop - but that needs a usb connection on a computer.
Can't you use your mobile phone as a wifi hotspot? Some phones can.
If you're on O2 on your mobile you can use a network of free hotspots but I'm not sure about other providers
