Are there any disused canals left, or have they all been brought back into use?

Many of course have been filled in/built on.
The Cosgrove - Buckingham canal is under restoration now

There is a canal that runs through my Village, that is split into at least 3 pieces. Ducks like it !

The Aberdeen canal really did not do well and it is the only canal where they built a railway in the basin...

There is a bit of a canal in Newton le willons - but watch out they stoned me the last time I went....

There is also a bit of a canal at Daisy Nook Manchester
