Setting Satnav

I recently asked about border crossings in Cyprus, can anyone tell me if I have to set the Sat-Nav to Turkey region for Northern Cyprus or does the Cyprus set cover the whole island or just the South.

Might help if you state the type of Sat Nav you're using.
