I've only just got a pizza out of the freezer. It says to cook it from thawed but it is still going to be pretty solid when I come to cook it - shall I cook it for longer or cook it on a higher tempreature?

Not my strongest suit but from what I recall on the back of a a pizza Express pizza the time is extended by a few minutes but temp remains the same.

However they are thin crust, it is going to be a different story if yours is a deep pan pizza.
Any update after last nights Chinese fiasco?

No, I might ring them later this evening - they're not open in the daytime.
Can you defrost it in the microwave ?

Failing that then longer rather than higher. It has to defrost during the cooking process first and it needs to do that throughout at the same time as much as possible.
