Have the same problem sometimes, play Solitaire till my eyelids droop, then try to sleep again and my brain's still seeing and moving cards!

I was thinking the same as you at the same time this morning.... whilst I listened to my new neighbours doing DIY :-/

Oh Daffy, our problem is lorries/tractors early mornings,but have stocked up on earplugs and they really do help.
