Windows 8 Not Installing Game...

My dad has a PC with Windows 8. He has got games from the 'store' before, but when he tries to now, he gets error code 0x80080005 and the games will not install... anyone know what has happened?? Many thanks.

Has he upgraded to Windows 8.1 (available in the Store if he can get it working)?

He can then put Windows 8.1 update 1 on top of that.

If he is not on Windows 8.1 update 1 he should try to do that first.
