I cannot work out what this is or who has set it up. Their website is devoid of any information about them or who is funding them. It looks like it is a UK Government funded initiative from the Overseas Development Budget, but the cost to the taxpayer is not published.

The cause is of course a good one, I just worry that this is just a talking shop, and the Government making the right noises, rather than it will actually achieve any of its goals.
