I have a Samsung E720 and it has a button that tries to connect you to the internet when you press it (it says 'i' on it). However, when I press it, it always says 'service not available'. Does this mean that I can't get internet or email access on my mobile, or is there a way that I have to set it up?

This depends less on which phone you have that which network (Orange, 3, Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile etc) you're with and which package you're on. If you're on a package that supports WAP/GPRS/3G then you'll need to configure your phone to work with your network operator's settings. Their website's help section will guide you through it, and may even be able to send the settings via message direct to your phone so you don't have to configure them manually.
