Hi we got our renewal pack for our working tax credit back in may and I completed the online renewal form and recieved a reply back. However I just looked at the code at the bottom of the form amd it says It as to be posted.
So should I post the form back to them even though we recieved a letter saying that they had recieved our info when I renewed online. I dont see why they would need the same info twice.

Im new to claiming working tax and dont know a lot about it.

Hiya. My sister renewed online. That was fine- if you're worried, it may just be worth a phone call to check they have it?
