Search the name of whatever radio station you want to listen to and I garuntee you will find their website which will let you listen free.

I listen to Vibe FM, one of my locals, and people from all over the world listen to it too. Its funny cause they ring in for something and the DJ says where you from and sometimes its sweden or netherlands or somewhere like that!
