I might celebrate...can't make up my mind between Macdonald's or Kentucky...
It's time to get some Mississippi mud pie, or perhaps a New York cheesecake, both delicious.
Personally, I'm thanking "Mother England", since she was the source of most of the laws and customs that gave rise to our early country. Too bad she didn't listen to the complaints from the colonists, ("Taxation without representation", comes to mind) else we would be thinking about what's for tea this afternoon rather than looking to which fireworks display would be most entertaining… after stuffing ones self at the BBQ table…
