my bonsai tree

hi. my bonsai tree is a chinese elm, i havent had it long but think it's about 2 years old.


i recently repotted it. and now a lot of the leaves have died.. dont know whether my repotting has killed it.


can anyone help?

Am not a bonsai expert, but possibly the roots dried out a little during the repotting process or the repotting compost you used may have been too acid i.e. the sort used for planting heathers, rather than a general-type compost. Don't be too hasty about thinking it dead. It must just be in shock and need time to recover. Keep the soil damp though.
