England begin their quest for the World Cup at 11.00 pm on Saturday and so I'm asking all the Scots in AnswerBank to give them their support.

Non-Scots may join in :-)

As an online discussion about football grows longer, there becomes an inevitability that a Scot will (regardless of teams being discussed) mention the 'Russian linesman' or ''the ball was never over the line'

Ramsey's law.

"Sorry its ITALY for me and anyway i dont want to be associated with those drunken yoboes that call themselves england supporters, beer bellys and tatoos and Jeremy Kyle fodder no thanks cmon ITALY "

I think England fans have in general moved on from that stereotype.
The ones who actually go to the tournaments that is.
Certainly though if you were to judge a country by the food not the football it's Italy every time :-)
