Does anyone know of a calpol type medicine with no flavour that I can buy? My son of 2yrs old will not take any medicine when he is ill as he balks at the flavour! I have tried most of the ones you can buy off the shelf. I can't put them in his drink either as they override the normal taste of the drink and he refuses to have that as well! Any suggestions are welcome!

I think medisaid (excuse the spelling) do a flavourless one

u mean medised?any way try mixing the calpol with sum juice or milk.

I have the same problem with my 5 year old. Putting medicine in juice or milk doesn't work as he can taste it straight away. I use junior disprol in juice and he takes this no problem.
different things work for different babies, what may work for u may not work for someone else and vice versa. speak to your health visotor or pharmicist.

have the same problem with my son who is 3.

I find that if I put it in his drink he eventually drinks it but I tend to put a very little amount of juice in and dilute it well and try to use a flavour of juice that is similar to the flavour of the medicine that way he doesnt notice it as much

I doubt Medised will work tbh as that tastes foul.

You could try asking your g.p for Calpol Suppositories instead.
