How do I move music from my computer to my I phone using windows 8.

Depends on what format your music is stored as.
ITunes (free download) works for us.
But your music files need to be stored in a format that suits Iphones.

If it's the same as an iPod Touch, then the format needs to be .mp3 or .m4a (Which is the format that iTunes rips a CD into).

Load iTunes
Plug in phone
When phone icon appears click on it
Click tab that says music
Pick what you want to transfer
Click sync
Voila

That's very basic and is dependent on music already being stored on iTunes.

If you're still having problems you'll probably find a Youtube video that will help.

You need iTunes to load onto an apple product. If you have all you music on windows media there is a way to convert it ti iTunes. Just google it.
