Maybe one day you will see that asking every single question to a quiz will mean there will be no quizzes to ask for answers on as why should setters put in the hours of work to set them. They might as well just ask for charity donations. Charities are all ready losing out because have you looked at the people who just spend all day every day answering and not supporting the charity by buying the quiz. Oh and Sirprize its OK I know I will be removed no need to report me
Thank you Editor. A friend and I have already stopped getting the quizzes that say not to ask for help. If you don't want to know the answers just don't open it. Surely it isn't a crime to get and give alittle help now and then.
So pleased at editor's comments, most of us only ask when desperate for last few & I think without a little help some would not bother buying the quizzes at all
There is also the fact that a lot of people enjoy answering questions, maybe they are housebound & this gives them a hobby, or others who just enjoy the challenge.
I agree with that birdie73
I don't mind people asking one or two but I have noticed certain people ask 10 or more ,but only a few at a time. How is this quizzing?
Birdie could you explain to me how being housebound stops people buying quizzes, most quizzes are sent by post and some are available via internet.
Maybe not everyone can afford to buy all the quizzes, not to mention the postage. I know I don't buy as many as I would like to as due to circumstances I do not have time to do them all, but certainly appreciate help when I am stuck. There would be little point in having a question & answer site if we were unable to use it !!
That doesn't explain housebound.
chorley9 by housebound I meant that if unable to get out & about one probably spends more time on the computer especially on the question & answer site. I honestly fail to see what all the fuss is about there are many of us who like to help each other & personally I always respect the setters wishes.
I must admit, I find that some people ask questions Waaaayyyyy before the quiz is ending. Seems a shame :( My opinion of course :)

I have just checked this and realised that there have been 30 comments on this post, several have been removed. This has distressed and shocked me. I only asked for some help, certainly wasn't expecting a debate on my profile. I admit I forget your

I must admit I forget to check when closing date is before posting. I apologise for those who have been offended. There are many wonderful and friendly people on answerbank but I am now seriously thinking of leaving answerbank altogether.
A shame to see that trixie11 has left Answerbank after receiving criticism for asking questions on a q&a website. Equally disappointing that a few users can spoil the fun for many.
