apart from those who are at work whose lunch is probably a set period of time, do you eat lunch at roughly the same time of day or just when you feel peckish?

If you're at work, do you leave the building for a while or munch at your desk?

just nosy :-)

I often don't eat anything at all (i.e. no breakfast, no elevenses, no lunch) until after 3pm. I simply don't fancy it.
If I'm off to the gym around 2pm, then I have to eat before 12.15. Otherwise it is usually around 1pm.
At work, it depended on what my colleagues did, if they needed cover etc
Mr P is quite a creature of habit, so comes in most days at 12 noon for lunch.

When I was working in an office, I would put off lunch until as late as possible. That way my afternoon would be nice and short! I would just eat at my desk, but learned very quickly to put my earphones in and listen to my iPod thingy so that nobody would disturb me.

at the weekends, we normally eat about 1, but mon-fri it is 12.30 ish.

probably stems from my mon-fri 9-5 job when lunch was 12-30 to 1.30, if it was raining, I'd eat at my desk and switch the ansa-fone on :-)
I eat when i feel like it and that can vary a lot.
Food on your mind again alba . Making me make my way to the fridge lol.
i generally have my lunch 1-2 although i can pretty much take it when i want, im working from home today so i'm just cooking up meatballs n mash (i was going to have weds) this is technically dinner though as i had lunch at 10......

I tend to work in the kitchen/diner 'cause it's got a better sea view than the office, so would be easy to be tempted, but I usually have b'fast once I've sorted the dogs out, somewhere between 06 & 0800, then it's just a coffee or four until we have dinner 1900ish
I am sitting at my desk at work and just munched (celery and beetroot humous) while surfing the net. We have a canteen downstairs but a bit pricey so I bring something in. As to when I do it, can be any time at all really between about midday and half past two.
If at work, I eat at the desk, anytime between 12-2 - most of us just work through.

I'm at home now - eating at the desk. If we're both at home, our eating times depend entirely on when/if we had breakfast - sometimes we have a lunch snack, sometimes perhaps a cake at 3pm instead - then dinner around 730.
I never eat breakfast. Lunch roughly between 11 and 2, and supper around 8.
At the weekends we usually have a sandwich about 1pm. My lunch at work is 1230-1300. Apart from going out for a ciggy I spend it at my desk on the internet but usually never eating.
Actually, sometimes we have breakfast for supper; last night it was scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee.
I've only got into breakfast over the Easter holidays because I made it for my son. I had scrambled eggs at 8:30 and I'm just waiting on a baked potato to go with some prawns and salad for lunch. I only eat when I'm hungry. I assume I'm more hungry at the moment because I've been DIY'ing...

Dinner tonight will be pulled pork and veg...I will only have a snack portion.
No matter how hungry I am I never eat my lunch until after noon - even if its only 2 minutes past
I eat it at my desk - but I leave at 2.30 so I don't have a lunch hour
I don't eat all day and have my tea about 8.30. Might have some sweets or very rarely a packet if crisps during the day.
Graze at my desk all day...but if I forget my porridge in the morning I can go all day without, at home depends on shifts
Coffee for breakfast. I don't feel hungry first thing. Usually eat about 11 and 7.
When on the morning shift ( which seems pretty regular these days ) lunch / breakfast 10.30 - 11.00am then eat again around 5.30pm.
