It is reported in the press today that Sam Cameron uses raspberry ketone to lose weight.
I Googled it and read that one must be careful where you buy it.
Has anyone any experience of losing weight this way?

Read this before you start to use Raspberry Ketone!

I have no intention of taking it, Eddie. I just wanted to see if Sam Cam was daft enough to take it.
Sam will be getting paid tens of thousands of $ to endorse it.
In that case, I hope it doesn't work.
I seem to get lots of spam about this in my email box. When I first heard it mentioned I wondered whether Kerry Katona had had another baby. I assume it's one of those things you have to be very careful to source from teh right place. The name sounds too similar to ketamine to me
I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.
These articles that claim famous people have lost weight using certain supplements are nearly always lying. Some celebrities have even sued the companies for using their names in the adverts. Fern Britton has to keep issuing denials over some of these claims.
Think the only way you'll lose weight using that rubbish is that you can't afford real food once you start buying it, especially if you fall for one of the many online scams.
I had no idea that raspberries hadn't been tested on humans, I'll stop eating them immediately.. I'm not actually eating any at the moment though..
Would a bowl of raspberries, eaten everyday, have the same effect?
According to WebMed,they can no longer be sold legally in the UK.
So does Samcam have a dealer?

Tilly, possibly the effect of eating a bowl of raspberries every day might result in weight loss, but not in a very pleasant way..
How is it that people who you'd think would know better fall for these scams? Anyone remember Samantha Fox and Bai Lin Tea?
A couple of the people i work with are on them as part of their 'diet', They are going to the gym and eating sensibly anyway so any weight loss could not necessarily be put down to the ketones in particular. They don't seem to be losing at any greater rate at all.
They seem to be another fad and cost a fortune to boot. I guess no-one will ever know of the long term side effects until they have been used by humans for the long-term.
