Hi, Does anybody know of any nice hotels in the Lakes that have spa/leisure facilities.

It doesn't matter where in the Lakes, thanks.

Recently stayed at a bed and breakfast in Windemere that included free membership to a leisure club in Bowness. We had use of gym(small), pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and think we paid 30 a night each for the b@b. I can find the name if you might be interested.
The Wordsworth Hotel, Grasmere is a lovely hotel with the facilities you may be looking for.

Thanks both, yes if you can find the name that would be great then I'll take a look at both of them.

Thanks again.
The Langdale Hotel, near Ambleside.
How about the Low Wood hotel between Windermere (town) and Ambleside.

It is on the shore of Lake Windermere

Has a great leisure complex

This is the website for the b@b, www.haisthorpe-house.co.uk
Holbeck Ghyll - Not cheap, but very nice I'm told

Brathay Lodge - Not spa, but Jacuzzi's in some rooms

Grange Hotel - Not in the lakes as such, but not too far away:

Lots of the hotels & B&Bs have passes for "nearby leisure club" which is usually the Low Wood so that one can get a bit busy.
