Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Interesting theme and a clever construction to get the clashes to come out as they did. Confirming the 6th place took a while!

Hi dr b.

Seems like we are the not the only country where there can be 4 seasons in 24 hours. Agree with you about the puzzle and the 6th place. One list I looked at placed one of the thematic entries in the wrong column. Time now for work.

Couple of gaps in the bottom right corner of the grid, which is annoying, but never mind. I saw what the clashes would be before anything else and then sort of solved backwards. Thanks for an interesting puzzle, Wiglaf.

Hello all,
I am still looking for the 6th place to travel through. I had assumed symmetry would reign. I also had not spotted the clashes positions. Weather is glorious here, really sunny, but breezy. About to adjourn to the south facing conservatory with a cold beer.

Also struggling to find the 6th theme word. Could it be a different 'type' to the other 5?
In our part of the world (West Coast of Scotland) we have had nothing but rain!
