Grow in moist but well-drained, leafy humus-rich, acid soil. Shallow planting is essential, deep planting will not be tolerated

Thank you.
They grow naturally under trees, therefore I would go for dappled or part-shade for best results.
Acidic soil should also be provided, otherwise watering with sequestered of iron compound may be benificial
yup, either dappled shade or somewhere that only gets full sun for part of the day.
