No stupid at all. But given it specifies a particular brand it won't be like general Windows recovery disks. Mind you when this sort of question occurs to me, I tend to "suck it and see". After all if the PC is in need of recovery anyway may was well let the disks say it can't do it.

Thanks Hans. Stupid question I suppose.
trish...I never think that a question is stupid. Consequently I try to find an honest answer and hope that people accept my sometimes curt response.

Best wishes to you....Hans.

Hans, I genuinely thought it was a stupid question - after thinking about it.
Short and to the point answers are the best! I'm never offended.

However, as usual, the OG came up with the best answer.

OG - hope you like my avatar. I have resisted all these years?
trish.....Your Avatar is great. Is he your dog.? If he is, I'll bet that you spoil him/her.

Incidentally, you did right in giving 'Best Answer' to O_G. My ambition must now be to catch-up with him. I only need another 132 'Best Answers'. :-)

Hans ..☺☺☺

Sadly, I lost her (my j.r. named Sally) a long time ago. She did reach the age of eighteen though! Yes she was thoroughly spoilt.

I so loved her that I have never been able to replace her with another .......
Thank you for your kind words.
:-) Yes a pleasant avatar trish.
