Can anyone help with this please? I've just taken photos, put the memory stick into the computer but they won't upload, tried re-doing but still nothing, have noticed a red light showing but as I don't have the manual I'm a bit stuck.

Does it show up as a drive on the computer?

Depending how your computer is setup it may or may not automatically transfer them.

If you can see the drive, then copy them to somewhere on your computer manually. I put mine into a folder I made called Camera Pics.

Check that the lock switch on the memory stick is not in the locked position.

Thanks to Tuvok, Hymie and TheWinner for your suggestions and help - it doesn't show as a drive on the computer and it wasn't on lock so will look through the manual to see what I can do to fix it.
