In his expensive Car revels in the fact that he made Cyclists fall off their Bikes. Now he wants to improve their hospital food. Well done BBC for employing this clown !!

He's not the first cook who's tried to address hospital food, Loyd Grossman and Jamie Oliver have tried it already
He's been doing it for over 4 years....

Great minds, Snags, great minds :-)

I could never knock him....we watch Saturday Kitchen and I get new kitchen things :-)
Love him.. I think we should to form an orderly queue ladies ;o)
Not a nice thing to do, but feeling annoyance towards cyclists is natural enough. :-)
He's got a new hospital food series. Been on all this week .9.15 am every morning .
i am not sure why he apologised for that. He can shove in the local gorse any of the lycra clad holier than thou cyclists who turn up in my neck of the woods and expect the locals to bow down and move out of the way for them, or who cycle cross country where they are not allowed to be and scare the dogs being legitimately exercised, any time he likes!!
^^^ Lol lol lol - best answer as far as I'm concerned !!!
Pub chef at best, bankrolled while Barbera Broccoli's toyboy/plaything. Never had his own star but worked in a few starred kitchens. I wish he’d do a recipe for stuff I've got in the cupboard and involves a pork chop or a lb of mince or a lump of chicken rather than starting his recipe with
'First, take a whole fillet of beef...' or
'Take a whole sea bass...'

'cause I’ve always got those kicking about in the fridge...
Ladling in salt and butter will make anything taste better!
