96 sq ft

8.9186 sq mtrs
16 x 6 feet =96 sq ft = 8.919 sq m/
The alternative is to use metric units of measurement throughout, rather than adding in a complication

The only short answer, Carlyon, is no. There are various costs per sq. metre given for insurance purposes.

Extensions vary in cost enormously. There are too many considerations to come up with a useful figure. It would mislead you greatly if such a figure were to be used.

Given a site visit and some rudimentary drawings, any experienced builder could come up with something for you.
