Me too rocky. I am staying in waiting for a boiler part being delivered but after that I have to go run an errand

I have just been looking out of the kitchen window and I also hate the garden at this time of year - bare and miserable

following on from boxtop's suggestion - do you have one of those rotary washing lines? Your dog could walk for miles tied to one

I paid £40 to have my GSD washed , groomed and buffed up on Monday. When she goes out today she will look like a waif and stray. I hate this weather too

Long gone are the days dogs used to go out on their own ;)

The washing line could be a good idea except he kept peeing up it till it rusted and snapped!

He won't go out in the back garden when it's raining but rattle his lead for a walk and he's there in a heartbeat.

Tilly, what a waste of money. Yogi could do with a bath to be honest but I wouldn't be brave enough to do it myself let alone give anyone else the responsibility, he hates water.

My dog won't budge if its raining, the only thing she'll do is scuttle to the backdoor and wee and poo on the outside doormat which is slightly protected by the mantle thingy over the door, then leggit back indoors.

She's now, upstairs in bed, my bed!

Lol, Boo, they're funny things aren't they. My mum's dog goes out in the rain and has a kip, drives my mother mad.

Max hated the rain especially if it was windy, but would happily lie out all day if it was snowing.
Tilly, Max used to get the full beauty treatment every four months or so and he looked fantastic, then we'd go for a walk and he'd end up looking like he'd never had a bath in his life.

Poor Yogi has got fed up of waiting and has fallen asleep, I think I'll have to bite the bullet and get my wellies on.
