Can anyone recommend a nice/traditional/inexpensive restaurant in Paris?

Thanks.

Chartier is a very popular one and satisfies all your criteria

I'd recommend Robert et Louise:

It's a little place in the Marais district, but not pricey. V.traditional. If you like a steak cooked well, this'll do you. Don't wear a warm jumper if you sit at the back near the oven, though!
