I would not be without mine you use it exactly as you would use your oven only difference it heats to required temp far quicker. I can do a whole roast dinner in mine just ideal to cook for one or two people . Only time I use my large oven is when family come for dinner , if you buy one don't go for a cheap model . I would recommend the Jml I have had mine in constant use for over 3years now .
Can you do yorkshires in it?
Ric, it seems you can do anything in it - I bought one from Aldi on Sunday (special offer £24.99) and we cooked a roast chicken in it. 50 minutes, lovely and browned and succulent. Saves heating up a whole big oven just for one item. The dish is heavy though - you need to be able to lift it into the sink!
