I know several grandparents who should be kept as far as possible from their grandchildren as possible, having fcuked up their children.
The interest of the grandchild should be paramount, not the sentimentality of the grandparents.

I can't find a place to vote, but I'll give my opinion anyway, such as it is. If it is good for the children then they should have the right but it should be decided by a judge. What is good for the child should be paramount.

I cant vote either, I was initially going for Yes, but on thinking about it there are (thankfully very few ) people so bad they should never be allowed near a child, even their own, so it is a No from me. As a Dad 5 and Grandad to 12 I will be interested to see the comments on this.
