I don't think Flash problem would make all websites come up as blank. Flash is used for fancy functions and animations.

If you can get onto the t'internet at all try downloading Firefox internet browser and install that - at the moment it's much safer to use than Microsoft Internet Explorer as not so many people try to find flaws in it and exploit them.

If your internet explorer wont let you browse at all copy this into it to download the firefox installer straight away without browsing.

http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.5.0.1&os=win&lang=en-GB

that should automatically start the download.

When thats working you can download a anti spyware such as "Spybot Search and Destroy" - google it.. And clear your system - That problem with IE sounds like a Adware thing to me.

Or missing the obvious - is your internet connection faulty? Wires all plugged in? Lights on the modem flashing?

Either way - use firefox - it's loads better... ;-)
