Stupid question I know, but I have forgotten/lost my email password. I want to set it up on my new Kindle Fire, but cannot remember it. All I know is that I use Windows Live Mail, and my address ends in '@sky.com'. Given that this is the season of goodwill (to idiots), can anyone help please?

Go to Windows live Mail (or whatever system you use to access your email on the PC) then choose the "i've forgotten my password" option.

It will prompt you to reset your password.
