Is it normal to have lump on arm after having this vaccine. Had it on Tuesday and have tender lump still.

I have seen that, but its itchy and lumpy. That worries me. No swelling, no redness, just slightly sore to touch and itchy.
Itching and pain is a common side effect of the vaccine used.
