Only one for me....a brilliant 'flavourist' and that's Adam, unless he botches it, then Scott to step in. Imagine Adam as Head Chef and Scott as his Master-Sous Chef. Heaven and, I bet, 2 stars waiting pretty quickly.

well there was a slight smugness when he was cooking.

I also think that Monica nailed Michel Roux when she commented that his father had been very hard on Michel when he was growing up and perhaps he was reflecting that in his criticism of Adam, a point that, to be fair, he accepted.

Thought I would watch this tonight, why didn't any one say that Sean Pertwee was the new narrator? I would have watched it from the beginning had I known.

One guy blew it on the day. The one that won was the one that learnt and improved the most. All of them were so good, it must have been difficult, but I am sure they will all get good jobs.
