Resizing A Scanned Picture For Printing

I have scanned a CD cover which I want to print as a 13cm X 12 cm CD case insert, however the resizing option wants me to enter the size in pixels. Can anyone tell me what the equivalent is please? Thanks in advance

If you have iTunes you can print the cover from there and it will be the correct size.
Did you scan cover at 300dpi?

mostly in program preferences, there is the facility to change the units between pixels (dpi) metric, and inches.
