I am sure that one episode of "The IT Crowd" dealt with something like this. Mos communing with a german living in the UK, classic case of a misunderstood conversation, purposes explained, much hilarity ensues.

From this story though, I have absolutely no idea why someone would fantasise about being murdered and eaten - sounds utterly imcomprehensible to me...
