I buy Ibuprofen when I'm in Spain, because the tablets come in 600mg doses.

I stock up when I'm on holiday.

The pharmacists there tell you to take three of them (1800mg), and everyone does. I certainly do.

I want pain killers to kill the pain, not to fractionally dull the pain.
