condensation in headlight?

I have a 1999 astra that has condensation in nside headlight.Can i get this out without having to take off bumper to get at headlight and is this likely to cause an mot failure.P.S even after allowing heat off headlight clear this condensation it just comes back while parked up overnight.

Yes it is an MOT failure, why not drive to the test with the headlights on so the light is dry when tested ?

Can you drill a small hole that leads into the headlamp enclosure ?, i had a similar problem and that sorted it,all it needs is to have some air getting into it.
