Help Id This Film!!

It was a cable film I saw in about 1990 about vampire bats and I swear it had the title 'Vampire Bats'

I remember very little except a scene where a woman is trying to get into her car and can't make it in in time because she is being attacked by bats.

It is not the 2005 film or the 1933 black and white version!
