The are hand stitched panels Sherra, you but it off the roll, cut out the 24 pockets, decorate and pad, then back. Stitch to background, then add more decoration, and charms etc.

I have a million bugle beads and apart from spirals I am always at a bit of a loss with them. I get to use at least 24 of them on a spider HOORAY!
