Good point about 13 to 1! I don't watch much TV.

Wimbledon is I think two weeks a year so it can't be that. Is there a sporting event programme that lasts 4 weeks?

Does Britain's Got Talent last 4 weeks?

It's better than my 13 to 1!
It could be - I'm just not sure whether many people get exactly 4 weeks' holiday in a year. In fact statutory minimum is 5.6 weeks.
But I think yours is the most likely (assuming there was no programme called February- and even that doesn't work in Leap Years)
