Scores On The Doors- Did Brucie Say It?

I was sure Bruce Forsyth said 'Let's have a look at the scores on the doors Anthea' in the Generation Game long before Larry Grayson said it to Isla, but in a quiz I was disputed and told only Larry said it, and all online references only mention him as well. Ideally there could be a clip online proving it if it's true but does anyone else know who started using it?

Yep - I'd go with both of those.

LG always used 'Shut that door!' as his catch-phrase - the sort of thing gossipy women would say on cold evenings when people were coming in and out.

'Scores on the doors' would only make sense in a programme where the contestants' scores were actually displayed on doors, as they were in LG's programme. I can't recall BF ever having a programme where scores were displayed by such a method.

Looks like my critic may have been right although I suspect it may have been impressionists who did Bruce doing it which spread the impression as much as a poor memory. As it was a quiz question it needed to be correct so may have to do so.
