I am selling my galaxy s3 and want to wipe everything from it so its how it would be if you bought it new. I was going to do factory reset but that doesn't get rid of songs and photos apparently.

I know you can manually delete them individually but I'm hoping there's a quicker way.

Thanks

I thought "factory reset" deleted everything, try it!
A Factory Reset will take everything back to as it was when new.

Who told you that songs and photos will remain.? They certainly will Not.
