Hello,

When filling in an job application form, are you obliged to answer the 'reason for leaving' your current job question when you haven't left yet?

What are the standard responses to this question?

Because I wish to pursue a fresh and exciting career as (insert the job/career you are applying for).
Either that or Not Applicable.
The standard answers are "Career Progression" or "Redundancy", but it could be for any number of reasons, e.g. relocation.
