I have a singer talent sewing machine. The bobbin case seems to lock when I am trying to lift the bobbin thread.So the thread can't be lifted ..
The needle does not seem to be hitting any thing. Can anyone advise me please

Make sure the bobbin case is in exactly the right position,it should click into position.
