I've got a £35 credit at the App Store (was a freebie with my new iPad).

Suggestions from the iPadderati of what is worth buying please (plus any free apps that you like).

[ I'm not really into 'computer games', but otherwise have a fairly open mind - anything useful for photography, books and music would be of particular interest ]

I would recommend a good star app, so avoid Go Sky watch.......
Oh and it doesn't have a calculator so that might be worth adding.

The Times did a 100 Top Apps a while ago and I found it really useful for getting started.

Speaking of which - does anyone subscribe to iPad editions of papers/magazines? Are they any good?
This is a great app, you'll not put it down once you start.

There is a book app that generally comes as standard, plenty of free one's too.

I know you said you're not a fan of computer games, but SuperStickGolf2 is a must, very addictive and a good time killer in airports etc.
