Hi everyone, For the past day and a half I have had a violent headache over one side which is quite like a migraine right behind my left eye but no nausea, vision disturbance etc but I do have a very odd noise in my neck every time I move it which sounds like when you pour milk on rice crispies, a sort of bubbling crunch. My shoulders feel odd as well, stiff and slightly numb. I've not done anything weird excercise wise or hurt myself to my recollection but the headache is pretty full on and I've been taking 600mg ibuprofen plus rotating with paracetamol and it's still here. I've got to go to a festival in a very short while, anything more I should be doing? Thanks for any answers xx

I don't know the answer but I get that bubbling crunch in my neck so would be interested in the answers. I don't have any other symptoms though.

Have a blast at your festival :-) x
trapped nerve maybe, can happen without doing much at all.
Hi! Shari......nice to see you back.
Sounds like a degree of cervical spondylosis ( neck damage) and associated muscle spasm causing the headaches.
Keep on with the Ibuprofen...it will settle.

Hi Conne, I was pretty grotty feeling for a few days and came back from the Festival early, but I'm back in the UK now and not feeling nearly so bad. I had a great time overall though, despite the headache and neck pain:) Thanks for asking xx
