It went over my rooftop about 10mins ago, magnificent, noisy and all in uniform, the red arrows were not streaming red, white and blue as they passed.

They were by the time they got to Buck House, it looked splendid on the TV coverage.

Love it Baldric - did not know what other word to use, but the house certainly rocked.
It was a lovely site to see them flying over London on the tele.

Altho cloudy, we saw them flying over from our back garden!
We have nothing to spoil our view from the back.---splendid.
I thought the same as Baldic, Brenden; however, I think we all realize that you were describing their flying in a precision formation...if that's the correct term.
Great. I would love to have seen that Brenden.

stewey, spot on, formation it is

sorry Brendan I tried to resist it, but............
All aerobatic performers, military or civilian, must conserve their chemical solution that colors the exhaust. It's a harmless, parrafin based liquid, that's carried in a seperate small tank and through a pilot controlled switch they can turn it on and off. Most performers only have about 5 to 10 minutes worth, hence the lack of the 'colors' other than over or near show center...

Glad you did not Baldric, I love a chuckle.
Saw the Tornados flying by, seemed odd being Saturday, only realised later where they were going!
